Moneta does not sell, rent, or broker your financial data to advertisers or third parties. Our business model is funded entirely by official subscription fees.
1. Information We Collect
To operate the Moneta platform, we collect only strictly necessary information:
- Account Data: Display name, email address, and scrypt-hashed password (plain passwords are never stored).
- Financial Records You Input: Transactions, transfers, categories, savings goals, budgets, and receipt photos you voluntarily upload.
- Security & Technical Telemetry: IP address and browser user-agent strictly for rate-limiting and intrusion prevention.
2. Use of Data & Third-Party Processors
Your data is processed strictly to maintain your ledger, compute reports, send security verification codes, and issue official QRIS payment invoices through licensed payment providers.
3. Security & Multi-Tenant Isolation
Every workspace is strictly segregated at the database schema layer. Data in one workspace can never be accessed by members of another. All communications are encrypted using modern TLS/HTTPS with 2-year HSTS.
4. Data Subject Rights & Deletion (UU PDP)
Pursuant to applicable data protection laws (including Indonesian UU PDP No. 27/2022), you hold the right to access your data, export all your ledger entries to CSV at any time, or request full account deletion via our contact channels.
